SW , I asked geoff stanley about that 'savannah ' case after the meeting ..
It's still awaiting the namibian court to process it.....thats what he said more or less!
plus bmn have top legal people watching it thru..
Directors never mentioned anything about the capex funding.....but clive said the recent $20 mill. funding is enough for opex for all next year .
Personally, I have confidence in this team to get the mine capex arranged for later next year....
