Bannerman Namibia Pty Ltd is 80% owned by the listed company BMN the other 20% is 10% CJ 10% NmcM. Bannerman Nambia Pty Ltd own the tenements (Etango etc etc)
Have you mis understood who is being free carried,,, the 20% holders,,, BMN the 80% holder has paid for everything the 20% holders have and will pay nothing... NOW do you get it ??

I agree its a toss of coin thing about Savanna but I would just suggest you look to the early anny's to see how BMN came to be in possession of the leases and who had them before BMN ie who BMN bought them off then you may wish to consider if Savanna is likely to have a case as it is essentially about that party and that parties dealings with the Namibian authorities that will be investigated and not BMN. Remembering that BMN is,,, I think,, second respondent after the responsible minister in any case.
