she didn’t ask for the timeframe and he confirmed days.

he said in an offhand way that it would be in the next few days

she then asked him to clarify as everyone takes those statements literally - she was basically like hang on is it really days/weeks/months asking him to be specific

at which point he backtracked and was like yeah I don’t know exactly but imminently we are just waiting and they are back in the office working through the backlog so should be soon could be anytime.

so it could be days, but he didn’t confirm that it WOULD be days. Just to be really clear for those that didn’t watch. In the meantime they are moving forward because they obviously expect the EA appeal will ultimately be overturned in the very near future and they will get their mining right
