I don't really know what to make of fort rosens answers. I gathered he was stonewalling on a few things as so not as to create an opportunity to convey much of his words here.
To me he was vague and almost wanting to brush it aside, whether it because it has been tried and didnt work, are trying and doesnt want to say or is simply not interested. I'm not sure, especially going on moosey conversation with esra.
The best thing I can do is query the expert esra who did her phd in aod, which I'd be happy to do and get back to you.
