Just been searching the net and found some interesting French articles about the Gazonor acquisition.There has been a little opposition from locals but government officials have firmly backed the acquisition, saying they are confident EPG is a long-term investor that has demonstrated a 20 year business plan. A few other interesting tit-bits, but confirms suggestions that the acquisition is 99.9% over the line.
