Calling all minorities:

AGM is next Tuesday - have you put your proxies in? I am voting for the Rem report and against all other resolutions - this company has a major chinese shareholder that thinks its a private company and tries to run it for its own benefit. The Board in NOT independent - the chairman is a puppet of the major shareholder, their other representative can't speak english, none of them have AICD accreditation and most importantly they are blocking the appointment of an independent director to replace ANthony Bohnann whose role it was to represent the minorities. We wont win the vote but we can send a message - I encourage you to do so. Management does a top job, despite the stupidity!If you can be at the meeting in Burnie , Tasmania, all the better - and make some noise! This is a good company but it could be sooo much better!
