AGM No Shareholders Present.

So some interesting information come to hand on the AGM and why there has been so little feedback, must say it would have to be a first even for a penny dreadful stock where there hasn't been at least some response posted about how the AGM went, what questions were asked and if anyone talked to any of the Directors.

Though now understand why, it seems there wasn't any shareholders at the AGM. Only people present other than QFX executives were some brokers and the auditors. Explains why there wasn't any questions from shareholders during the AGM.

Also as per the company constitution in the event that proxies abstain from voting, the chairman SL, votes on their behalf, hence no motions will ever be voted down, like the obscene remuneration increase.
