I was told a few years ago by an OKAP executive that the AGM's were held in the offices of NKP lawyers Conyers Dill & Pearman in Bermuda. These were conducted by conference calls without directors actually attending. I assume a similar situation occurred this year.
I understand that there appears to be nothing illegitimate to conduct meetings in this manner.
For the record I did not go to Bermuda this year. My posts were in jest to point out how some Bermuda based companies operate with little such knowledge shared with shareholders. I do not know what would have happened if some shareholders attempted participation at the AGM in person. Obviously we were not given the opportunity of a conference call hook up.
Hope that my explanation is acceptable to all.
