No I was alone.

I have sent a message to Joe Hockey. He should come over to Bermuda and check out how many hundreds of companies are registered in this Paradise. Not sure whether its a vacation haven for directors and wives/partners or whether there is another reason for company names plastered on so many lawyer offices.

Then again it may have something to do with tax minimisation and/or company rules that ensure Aussie shareholders are treated as mushrooms kept in the dark and told as little as possible back home.

If only I was taught this during my accountancy degree years ago. May never have invested in Bermuda based companies!
