Extra staff, bills , consultants , approvals and 5 week break will leave no cash pretty fast IMO. No one would do a upfront deal early now with a company that has no cash as they may as well wait and see the commissioning bugs and the reality of the input and output costs / quality. If they do a deal prior to this then it will be a one sided affair so expect some pain either upfront or in a trail.

Lots of work to do ( more than most here admit) and I am not surprised they are softening every deadline .
