    It is pretty impossible for the AGM presentation to be 3 years past time when the major funding ($12million) which financed the majority of the construction only hit Austpac's bank account in April of 2011.... that's only just over 2 and 1/2 yrs ago.....

    Everyone would like it up and running and from what I understand from Rabit's notes that is close...
