As they say, the darkest hour is right before the dawn....

FT, the negative sentiment is probably to do with the fact that it's just yet another delay.

What galls me the most though is the vagueness with which these delays are mentioned - almost 'hinted' at rather than stated.

It's almost as though they haven't got the balls to front up and call it like it is.

You get the feeling that they'd be sufficiently vocal if their fortnightly didn't hit the account though...
