My personal opinion is that this 500K will be an upfront payment in an agreement where BRN provides a tech company with the technology for some on-board intelligent device in addition to the existing processor that they may already have. This may be used for say "unlocking the phone" or just logging in "internet banking via voice detection".
I believe that the first $500K will server as an instantaneous validation of the technology because we will still continue to receive the royalty from each chip/device that they manufacture from the technology.
I also believe that this 500K may come from a tech company which is NOT a fortune 500. This may be a smaller company.
