The upside is definately good if it is sold (30-35% more imo) .
The downside to that - it is unlikely to get to the takeover price before an offer comes in . I plan to wait .

In regards to what they do if no takeover comes in, they have cash and cashflow to buy blue sky .
I'm not buying anymore atm unless a dip out of the recent ordinary movements shows itself .

Reckon an international co will buy it and after recouping the cost from revenue will end up being a substantial holder of NXS and a free carried gas/oil company .
So who has the ready cash to outlay in a credit tight market ?
The Japanese is my guess .
