Just to be sure I understand are you saying you have information that FC Capital exercised 2.5M options in December and then were issued the 530k shares in January to get us to the amount stated in the AFR article? Can I ask what source you have for that information? I'm curious how readily this would have been available to the AFR / others?

IF that is the case this means they haven't been drip fed shares over time at all and the options could have been in exchange for taking on the role as the finance partner with the 530 k shares a performance bonus or other arrangement? Then we would only need to know if there is an ongoing arrangement for further shares to be issued or not?
