looking at the weekly chart, PEN might rise soon.
1. support at 200 week moving average (red line)
2. stochastic could break out of the downtrend line (green line)
3. MACD about to cross over on the weekly chart
so, on a weekly basis we could see 8 cents in a few imminent weeks!!!!!!!
