    I couldn’t agree more, "This is an insulting agenda to say the least.
    The taint of corporate greed is seeing its full manifestation in the PEN board."

    I believe in performance based rewards,, PEN's performance over the past 12 months has been slowly worsening.
    I like many others holding PEN are hurting financially and need some positive input/performance from the Board/CEO,NOT self indulgent money grabbing.
