"protracted negotiations on the form of confidentiality undertaking between the third parties and q"
my assumption: 2 groups are interested, he oils have a rough idea of size, and price wanted by AGS. They have gone further and want verify a few details with Q. Q are delaying things but no fully well there are 2 groups knocking on the door wanting to buy it. Q hope by not selling the uranium in Canada they can put pressure on AGS. What, are cameo borrowing the uranium? At some point Q knows it will have to give info to the interested parties, an offer will follow and Q will have to decide if it matches the offer or let's it go to a third party. At some point in time cameco will pay for the uranium it has received. Time pressure mounts on purchasers and Q also. Uranium price rises, $A, information getting out. It will happen.
no rush, I like AGS' position.
