Sounds like there are so many caveats with the offer, it's not a done deal by any means. And find me an expert that thinks based on future supply and prices this represents good value now or continues to be good value. The forecasts are the prices are going to go up and so this assessment I think is an impossible condition to meet. Any independent expert is going to say no, then it's deal over as this is meant to be a final condition offer from ALB. But at least it then ends this whole takeover saga.
