what we do know as correct (please advise if below figures are incorrect )

$6.5m cash left after c2b solutions purchase and another $2m due in each of the next 12 months - which will eat up cashflows

NPAT in 2017 was $1.6m including capitalised expenses etc.....

Current liabilities at 30/6/17 of $12.37m and current assets outside of above cash of $12.3m ( trade debtors and other current assets ) balance out of CA and CL

CBA loan $6m

Imo, a CR is not totally out of the question if mbe wants to continue expansion and acquisitions
