Hi SP3,
Not sure if this is true but someone else on this forum stated that ECT need to provide Notice of Meeting papers and/or Annual report not less than 4 weeks prior to the meeting? If this is correct then the last date for receiving that info. would be 19th October.
Anytime between now and then would be nice!
