Out of interest though, have a look at the group structure of ECMED company's (Notice of Meeting released to ASX on 21 November 2011).
Jianrong holds Chairman of the HK ECE, General Manager of ECE and finally Deputy General Director of the head company, ECMED. He is not a director of the Ao-Zhong subsidiary, but holding those positions of the head-stocks would likely mean he knew what was occurring IMO
