    I just got notice of the AGM on 28 Feb 2022 - is there any details on how to attend via zoom?

    Of note on the proposed agenda,
    #5 - Agreement on opening the company for Due Diligence
    #6 - Agreement on new issue of shares of EHH for purpose of acquiring Australia Local Healthcare Manufacturer and sales company
    #8 - Appointment of New Accounting Firm for purpose of audits of the company account as well to liaise with ASX and ASIC
    #9 - Relising at ASX


    Looks like the plan is to acquire a similar entity and re-list.
