#6 - Agreement on new issue of shares of EHH for purpose of acquiring Australia Local Healthcare Manufacturer and sales company
#8 - Appointment of New Accounting Firm for purpose of audits of the company account as well to liaise with ASX and ASIC
#9 - Relising at ASX


Looks like the plan is to acquire a similar entity and re-list.
