I'm not surprised, but disappointed that not all shareholders have received this notice. I thought i was on their mailing list, however, the office is either incompetent, or once again unsure that the AGM will go ahead.

I remain disappointed with ASIC who simply have become a joke. Eagle seem to flagrantly break all the rules for companies in Australia, with impunity.

I wouldn't be holding out any hope of the agenda items being fulfilled.

I remain amazed that Mr Zhang and his cohorts have been able to hijack the company and treat it as their own!!
