    great feedback, thank you, from reading the posts regarding why 3rd week in Dec, I'm leaning towards a request from the potential buyer for extra time for finalizing of negotiations/ docs regarding TO price before drilling starts. You would have to assume the price goes up for hole in the ground, which while it might sound bad to a buyer, doesn't sound all that bad to me as a SH All just IMO

    Heres hoping for a northerly move in the SP tomorrow
