    I just want to point out that negotiations at this level take time. Different players (at least 6!), different actors within the players (legal officers, engineers, etc). Lotsa money involved. Not as easy as 1-2-3.

    Question: do you want the quickest deal or the best deal?
    Answer: patience is a virtue.
