This AGM on-line voting is a minefield.
DO NOT try and vote from the Circular Notice sent to all shareholders by Boardroom around 13 September 2021. It is broken and out of date. The link for support and email address carries an extra DOT at the end which causes your plea for help to bounce. It wasted hours of my time yesterday.

I would suggest you vote from https://www.investorserve.com.au/ It is quick smooth and easy.
THERE IS HOWEVER A CATCH – that shareholders need to be aware of:“Lodgment of a proxy appointment by a securityholder does not prevent that securityholder from attending the Annual General Meeting. Therefore, if after lodging the proxy appointment the security holder decides to attend the Annual General Meeting, while the security holder is present in the meeting the authority of the appointed proxy to speak and vote on the securityholder's behalf, is suspended.”
As I see it - the practical implication of this is: That if you lodge a proxy vote in advance of the meeting and then attend YOU MUST VOTE AGAIN or your vote is lost.

My original thought was to lodge a proxy vote in case (for some reason) I missed the meeting or could not connect on the day - then just relax and follow the meeting without voting on the day – with an older and slower brain this is the comfortable option – but it won’t work!
