Mate, I can't 'instruct' you how to know the market, you have to have your eyes open and accept what you see.
It is an unhealthy state of mind that holds on to issues and anger and frustrations Imperatore, for years, and really, even months.
You can accept, let go and move on, or you can make 100 posts about the same thing that helps no one except yourself and a small handful of other angry people, and really you aren't even helping them you are just encouraging them to hang on to their unhealthy thoughts.
You cant go back and change time, you can make suggestions about the future which are productive, if you feel the urge to suggest something 10, 20, 30, or more times it might be best to move on.
