I worked for a large company once, that had two senior managers that were supposed to collaborate with each other to reach the business goals etc etc...They just could not work together ... One was from an English background & and the other a stubborn Scot,

When the Chief got wind of it..he tolerated it for a short while then simply called them into his office, that was in a city location,
and sacked them both..... It takes two to tango!

So far with TFL only one head has rolled.

As i recall things then started moving forwards......Simple!!!
