Yeah, I hate companies with a market cap of $12 million and a likely profit of greater than $3 million. This is a highly profitable business regardless of competition.

A fall in the general market may cut it's profit, especially from merger deals etc - but it's brokerage profits are plenty solid enough in nearly any market.
