The weakness for individual/minor shareholders is everyone just hoping others will do something for the group but not themselves.
If you don't even care about your voting power so no body does.
What kind of return you expected to get if you don't want to put any afford into? Everyone thinking the other people will do something then everyone will do nothing.
Therefore in some cases the biggest holder can control the company by just holding not even more than 10% but got fully access to the investors money.
Just want to ask all the THD holders what kind of return you are expecting for?
