What are thoughts on pricing of 1,500,000 options at 20c.
Previous options were at 35c, but allowing for share dilution, this is equivalent to about 22c assuming new shares have been issued without a change to the value of the company, which is not likely to be true. (The accomodation village was ~70% shares @30c; also shares issued to settle various accounts at deemed prices well above todays SP)
Basically options are to reward the directors for running the company well. As the SPP was at 18c, priced before a general market fall and after most of the new share issues, is 20c too low. I think it is; Anyone agree?
