I'm never gonna joke about conspiracy theories again! Why is management getting such improved terms on their options, from 18c to 12c strike? I'm not so opposed to rolling them over, if they are in the money I'm doing very well, thanks. But this new strike is related to a current shareprice that is languishing because of many delays, amongst other things (not all in management's control). I'll vote against them too, but I suspect it's a done deal with insto votes...

If I've read the announcement correctly, another 10% placement resolution is also being sought, giving 25% total placement headroom for the next 12 months. Is anyone else surprised by that, given all the Finance stuff we have just gone/are going through...?

So about 6% dilution from options, and potentially another 25% by placements, all up nearly another 3rd of value on the block.

I need to read it all again tomorrow in light of day, but it is not the signals I was expecting ...
