Dapper, I think that tells us that the directors & would be directors were not going to win the vote. They'll be working overtime in the next two weeks to drum up more attendees or more positive proxies. Looks like the scam of holding the now 2nd aborted AGM in Perth back fired. Surely ASIC can't allow this blatant manipulation to continue. Too bad for any poor shareholders who'd gone, or planned to cross the continent, to attend when they cancel the meeting with less than 24 hrs notice - very poor form.
