If they release a further announcement in regards to the one just released prior to the 29th, it would most likely be to suggest another adjournment of the AGM.
If no announcement, then come the 29th, I'd suggest they would be detailing to SH's at the AGM in person, some deal or deals that would have been finalised.
That's my view on it.
In logical terms, I can't see the Board announcing anything but positive news in regards to funding now, as per the poster "Sideways" interpretations .
