If legally they don't need to announce the next milestone. Performance until the next 4c and not the following month it was achieved , for sure their do this as that new director would get her 300 k of shares st much cheaper price and as Smugtown said as their playing the long game the other directors wouldn't give s rats about the share price in the short time . Any ideas !
