What are everyone's predictions for next weeks AGM? Couple key bits of info to come out

1) Market update on guidance...how has the first Q1 travelled

Interesting to see how the 1Q has landed for BVS, whether any change or narrowing of FY25 guidance. I don't think will see any change, it is not like last year where the business was vastly changing, I think it has stablised now. Only upside could be some revenue growth and/or new contracts etc


2) Return of Capital / DIVIDENDS?

I think this will go through all fine, every shareholder will be keen for some cash and the ROC will go through.

KEY will be if dividends are returned and pay-out range. Any dividend talk and or dividend for this 1H / 2H FY24 i think will have a big uptick in the stock. If they could manage a 1H dividend of $0.03 ~payout ratio of 3% would be a standout!

3) Board room battle

Interesting to see how this plays out. Can't really say which way is better for all...Dexter getting onto the board or not. I don't think there is any negative or positive either way. Will just create for a more interesting future.

I do still thing that the fact we now have three Canadians all strongly linked/connected (Damien, Shezad & Dexter) shows they really do believe in the company and its future growth aspects.
