Hi M, Well I've given off positive vibes on PVAC before ... still like them ... no place in my portfolio for them (although I could make room). Far better than SNDE on comps. Probably one of the best small cap shaler ... and that's the problem (small cap). AFAIK, PVAC aso needs to raise equity capital to satisfy bankers. I thought there was a shelf filing for that but I couldn't find it. Everyone looking to lower leverage ratios.
Bit more safety in size ... I would prefer MRO (but its about 10X the size of PVAC).
