No not really. IMO the fat lady has sung. EM=CIO (Career Is Over) ... stiffing the senior lenders will do that (2nd lien not paid, accelerated default on 1st ... r u suggesting assets cannot cover off senior secured 1st lien?)
What card is EM holding that makes you think the 2nd lien is bluffing? Maybe he's as good a poker play as an oilman? Hah
23rd Dec was the "Notice Date" and looks like SNDE didn't come up with the Plan (maybe they got no bids???)
They'll (1st lien banking syndicate)) sell the properties on the steps of the courthouse if they have too.
There is no value in the equity as far as I can see.
