23rd Dec was the "Notice Date" and looks like SNDE didn't come up with the Plan (maybe they got no bids???)

They'll (1st lien banking syndicate)) sell the properties on the steps of the courthouse if they have too.

There is no value in the equity as far as I can see.

Ahh of course... there's two tier debt

I've been looking at it as just debt (For some bizarre reason).

If 1st lien call, it's game over...
