The company's burdensome capital structure is a big impediment to accelerated change, the hybrid issue needs to be dealt with once and for all, this will free the company up to pursue a growth strategy which current management are well capable of doing. As an investor in this business I see huge growth potential in the emerging businesses and only wish management could be unshackled from the onerous structure which is impeding inward investment in the business. Hopefully 2015 will bring the necessary changes and we can all see a return on our investment.
