As far as I know BHP's Townsville refinery is the only place that can process limonite in Australia. The plant has a capacity of 3.75m tonnes a year, so maybe they could squeeze in an off-take for say 500,000 tonnes per year with RML/DMCI. BHP have recently entered into off-takes in the Philippines with both Berong Nickel Corporation in Palawan and NiHAO Mineral Resources in Zambales for that amount.
