in relation to your comments about dilution, farming out a major share, etc. I suspect this reflects Nido's often stated desire to have a 'statistically significant' exploration program.
That is, rather than a major farming in for just one well, they want them to farm in for a program of wells, with Nido have a significant carry on each of them, but also contributing.
The 'statistically significant' progam is a way to provide a much higher chance of success than a single-shot program on each license area.
