Interesting that about three sevenths of votes cast at the AGM were against the very generous options packages proposed.
I wonder whether this will give Nido management pause for thought about whether their shareholders really want this sort of dilution to continue, particularly just prior to significant events that are highly likely to cause a rerating. (Nido has a long history of this sort of thing, starting with the original options package for Whitby)
