part of the ann was mention "cap rising, corner stone investor and asset sales will be unfold in 2010"...these are represent this will be plenty of oppuntities to make money in this stock. plenty of punters will come in and as a result stock price will rise.

could you please explan how you get the additional 50c add to the nta? it is from reduce debt of the b&b but how did you come up with that result...
