After more reading I can't believe how BBP managed to get this restructure.
BBIG big discount to loan. BBPF reduced interest rate going forward, forgoing part of interest repayments plus new loans. NWS negotiated terms worse than BBP wanted, but better than judge decided.
And the last one, minimal dilution and even that is valued at 18c per share to BBIG!
I mean its a long way from its highs, but it seems like a very good outcome.
Any other thoughts?
