I asked my mate the same thing roy and he floated the idea that Port Harcourt looks to be able to take moderate sized ships. There is a rail link from Enugu to Port Harcourt and Enugu is about 150km from Lokoja. But Enugu is also only about 60km from Onitsha on the Niger River so may be barge to Onitsha and rail to Port Harcourt, as it wouldn't be a huge cost to lay 60km of rail.

Food for thought anyhow. I am sure the Company has several solutions in mind.
