    This situation warrants ASX investigation.
    Unfortunately Pretorious will have all corners covered-he knows all the
    angles.
    (see my other posts of today of what strategies are now open to him).
    I reckon the other two directors will meekly assent to Pretorious' bidding.

    By the way I understand he and Lovell reside in Perth.
    Query-are they running KRB by remote ??
