The deadline to vote at EGM was this morning at 10am Brisbane Time. The 8 Resolutions are to remove 5 current Board Directors and elect 3 new Directors nominated by the PSG led by Mr. Moses, the former VP of CSL.

If PSG win the vote at EGM and then Mr. Moses and his new Board will start to prepare for the 3 options for all of the Progen shareholders and then you can choose any one of these three options.

I think Progen or/and Computershare is criminal to not to send you the information to vote for EGM!!! Anyone who boughts the shares said three trading days ago shall be qualified. Of course, Computershare may have technically delayed for a few days, but I think if you bought by 20 Dec shall be able to vote.
